Your contribution helps us provide the essential items to the 300-500 families registered with the Pregnancy Care Centre & Infant Food Bank. These necessities include formula, baby food, diapers, wipes, cribs, car seats and other essential baby items.

Requesting Your Crib or Car Seat
Please complete the form below to request a crib or car seat for your business. When completing the form, please use the “Leave a private message” section to provide:
- The delivery address, if it is different from your billing address
- Your business hours for delivery
- Any other information we should know to coordinate your delivery
Don’t need a physical crib or car seat at your business? No problem! Simply select the virtual option from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the form. Your donation will still help provide essential items to local families.
